A fantastic pub, food to die for, perfect atmosphere, child and pet friendly, staff are all absolutely superstars. If there were a 6th star I’d give it.

I love this pub. The welcome is friendly, the service pristine, and the food is absolutely delicious. Oh, yeah, and wear loose clothing - the portions are generous! I can recommend the Shaftesbury burger and the crispy beer battered haddock (particularly good mushy peas).

The food was delicious and service exemplary. Karolina’s welcoming smile and Jack’s service are always wonderful. It is like going from home to home. Best pub I’ve been in, ever! But the pub is only as good as the staff. It is a pub we always recommend and take family and friends to.
